What It Does
It fits the Ocular Implant slot of a commander.
Each copy comes with random attribute bonuses: 1 attribute (70%), 2 attributes (30%). Each bonus is one of:

Each copy also carries one of these set effects at random. Equip 2 pieces with the same set effect on one commander to activate it.
